The Xelius is Lapierre's lightest carbon road bike - both comfortable and ultra-fast. Equally at home when climbing or descending. Fast on the flat and comfortable. It is at ease in all circumstances. Lighter, more responsive and with better aerodynamics

The Xelius is a light carbon road bike that is both comfortable and ultra-fast. Good when climbing and descending, fast on the flat and comfortable, it is at ease in all circumstances. Lighter, more responsive and with better aerodynamic performance, the new Xelius SL embodies the evolution of the classic competition bike.

The frame of the Xelius SL has been redesigned for sleeker lines and the total integration of its cables and sheaths in the frame. This new version is also more aerodynamic than the last. These changes give this bike its temperament and emphasize its racy look.

The Shimano 105 R7000 unit draws on the latest advances made on the Ultegra and Dura-Ace units to offer a high-performing unit with unrivalled reliability. This transmission will help you get into road biking and push back your limits.

Thanks to this support, you will have your GPS with you for every ride. Positioned along your line of sight and in line with the stem, it boosts the aesthetics of the cockpit.

Our History

One name, three generations, the same passion

Continued Growth - 1946-1972

In 1946, Gaston Lapierre started a small bicycle business in Dijon, France (Côte-d’Or - Burgundy), quickly finding success in an industry that was experiencing rapid growth in general.

The management was passed on to his son, Jacky Lapierre in 1960.

In 1972, a new factory was constructed in the industrial zone of Dijon to accommodate increased production numbers. In addition to the production plant, a new building was also dedicated to spare parts sales, complete with a new showroom for the bike collection.

The Lapierre brand thrives and becomes a reference among bike specialists.
