The Stages 2 HR strap is a heart sensor made to complement Stages Dash L50 and M50 cycling computers.

Training with a heart rate sensor is an excellent and easy way to measure your effort. Power meters are becoming more and more common, but training with a heart rate sensor in conjunction with a power meter will help you better understand how your body is working.

The Stages HR has a range of 30bmp to 230bmp and will run for 900 hours on a single CR2032 battery. The housing is waterproof to 30m, meaning you can wear it on the wettest rides, and the polymer electrodes are integrated into the elastic strap.
